Two ways to use this healing heart....
Keep one in a zip lock baggie in your freezer for those days when you need it cooling and to help bring temperatures down by placing it on the back of your neck cooled or use to help with inflammation, aches, or swelling.
When warmed in the microwave for just 1 minute, they give off a gentle, soothing heat that feels incredible when placed right over your chest — especially during moments of anxiety, sadness, stress, or emotional overwhelm.
It’s like a warm hug reminding your nervous system that you’re safe. 🤍
Do Not Wash. Use a slightly damp paper towel for spot cleaning.
