I’ve been sewing for a long time (I’ll let you in on a little secret... I started sewing when I was just 9 years old!). From making clothes for my Barbie dolls to designing my own prom dress at 17, sewing has been my passion for decades. 🧵💖

Over the years, I’ve worked as a wedding dress designer, taught sewing and quilting classes for 20+ years, and even sewn seat covers for FORD on industrial machines! 🚗👗 And, I’ve had the privilege of working with everything from sergers and embroidery machines to industrial sewing machines.

When I was in my 40s, I even taught at JoAnn Fabrics! So when I say I’ve got experience, I mean it—a lot of experience. 😉

I've been knitting for over 30 years, first learning the traditional Continental style from my mom in my early 20s. Later, I taught myself American style knitting, as well as arm knitting and Tunisian crochet (yes, I love to learn new techniques!). With years of experience teaching in classroom settings like Joann Fabrics, I’ve been sharing my love of knitting with others since my 30s.
